FAQ

What time is check-in?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 3.00 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available. Whilst we will do all we can to honour early arrivals, bedrooms cannot be guaranteed before the check-in time unless paid for the evening before. Or you can visit our restaurant from 12 pm and enjoy lunch befor check- in.

What time is check-out?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11 am and for groups before 10 am. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll our best to satisfy your needs. 

Can I leave my luggage?

Unfortunately, we don´t have luggage storage in our hotel.

Does the hotel offer an airport transfer?

Yes, we can call you a taxi on request.

Are there car parking spaces or a car park?

Car parking is complimentary for hotel and restaurant quests with 50 car parking spaces available on a first-come, first serve basis. The car park includes an electric vehicle charge point for 150 CZK.

How far are you from the Zoo Park Karlštejn?

The Zoo Park Karlštejn is nearby the main road to the Romantic hotel Mlýn Karlštejn. From the hotel is 5 minutes by walk.

How far are you from the Karlštejn castle?

Karlštejn Castle overlooks a small town called Karlštejn. The castle is 35 minutes by walk from the hotel. You can use a horse-drawn carriage from the central car park under the castle.

What time is breakfast served? Is breakfast included in room rate?

Yes, breakfast is included in room rate.

7:30 am – 10:00 am Monday - Sunday

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception service is available: 8 am – 22 pm, Monday - Sunday

Is there free Wi-Fi in your hotel?

The entire hotel is high-speed Wi-Fi access for free. You will receive the Wi-Fi password at the hotel reception or on the information boards in the room.

Are pets allowed in your hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel. We have a very high standard of cleanness and hygiene in the hotel, especially as most of our guests are families with children and babies, and this would be difficult to sustain should we have animals staying in the apartments. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

What leisure facilities do you have and can I use them?

The hotel has a whole host of leisure facilities that are available for hotel guests to use when staying with us. From our private wellness center ( Finnish sauna, Whirlpool), Gazebo with refreshments, to our gym to tennis courts nearby. Some activities are charged additionally, please speak to a member of our team for more details.

Do you have a restaurant inside the hotel?

Yes, we do have a stylish restaurant called Grill restaurant Mlýn. The restaurant offers a selection of freshwater fish specialties, a wide range of Czech and foreign wines. It is an ideal place for lunch or dinner with friends or family. Possibility of banquets, social events, garden parties and barbecues.

Can we order flowers or a birthday cake before arrival at your hotel?
