• Excursion to Karlstejn Castle - Karlstejn Castle, which was founded in year 1348, has a unique status among Czech castles. It was built by Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV as a place for safekeeping of the royal treasures, especially Charles's collection of holy relics and the coronation jewels of the Roman Empire.

The path runs mostly along the river “Berounka”. Who doesn´t have enough, can continue to one side in the direction of Karlstejn to Beroun and the second to “Vsenory, Cernosice, Radotin” and Prague. There is the possibility to turn to into “Karlik” castle, “Morina” or “brdske hvozdy”.

• Watermen Educational Trail - The track of educational trail Berounka is provided by river Berounka, which is primarily used by watermen. It starts on west boarder of nature reserve Krivoklatsko and ends on east boarder of nature reserve Czech Karst. Among stops of the educational trail belong for example Tetin rocks with castle ruins, or calcite quarry Alkazar near primeval settlement Kozel, Budnanska rock in Karsltejn, or traditional village Hlasna Treban.

• Wine Harvest Festival - Wine Harvest Festival at Karlštejn is taking place regularly each September. Authentic ceremonial procession in gothic costumes, led by the King Charles IV and his spouse Elizabeth of Pomeranian, will take you back to the 14th century. Tasting of wine, stum and cuisine specialties, period stands with demonstration of traditional crafts, performances of swordsmen, jugglers and pipers, historical dance lessons and night fire show await you.

• Koneprusy Caves - Koneprusy Caves are accessible to public from year 1959 and offer its visitors almost one hour visit of two cave floors, which were created by water activity in calcite approximately 400 million year old. The excursion trail leads through several domes with stalagmite decoration, and ends in higher cave floor, where in was located 15th century money counterfeit workshop. Each visitor welcomes the possibility to see the other local remarkable sites, among which belongs Aksamit Gates or Jellinek’s Bridge.

• Saint John under the Cliff - With variety of nature sceneries and historical landmarks, it is one of the most beautiful villages in Czech Karst. Its history reaches to the end of 9th Century when, according to legend, settled in the cave, under massive rock wall, first Czech Christian hermit Ivan. The cave is biggest Czech cave in travertine.

• Oak of Seven Brothers - The oak is approximately 350 years old, with perimeter of 460 cm and 16 meters height. It is an old boarder oak, misted by many legends, like for example that seven bandit brothers used to split their loot under beneath its branches.

• Calcite Quarry America - America is a name for system of calcite quarries on Czech Karst, which are connected through underground passages. The most famous is probably Great America, Small America and Mexico. Several other quarries are located in surrounding woods.

• Beroun - This city is attractive for tourists, because of its cultural heritage. Every-year Beroun organizes music festival Talich Beroun, pottery and ceramics market. In Beroun can be also found museum of Czech Karst, art gallery of Jiri Jenicek, city gallery and others.

• Museum of Bethlehems - Museum offers collection of old Czech Bethlehems, carved out of wood, but also Bethlehems made from unique materials like sugar or bread.

• Karlstejn Wax Museum - For more than ten years, Karlstejn Castle is enjoying finest company of influential person of old and recent history. For exactly that long is the museum of wax figurines, which was founded there, exists. Historical cross section through Czech statehood acquaint visitors with significant person of Czech history.
